Discounts and Payment DetailsPricing and Fees: Registration fees include four days of presentations for both BPX and SOA Summits (10/17-10/20), keynotes, exhibit floor pass, summit proceedings book, breakfast, lunch and evening receptions. Participation in the Pre-Summit Executive Retreat on Innovation Management on 10/16/05 is limited to the first 50 registrants and requires a separate RSVP. Upon registration you will receive a confirmation letter confirming your eligibility to participate. Team prices shown above (including ‘Single’) are for qualified end user organizations, subject to the approval of Delphi Group. Participation fees for software developers and service providers begin at $3,995 for admission of up to two participants. Contact Delphi Group directly for other details on participation. Cancellations and No-Shows: You may cancel without penalty if written notification is received by Delphi Group at least 14 calendar days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations after that date are subject to a 25% Service Charge or otherwise the full registration fee if notification is received less than 7 calendar days prior to the start of the event. Registrants who do not attend (“no-shows”) are liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to on-site registration, however, “badge swapping” will not be allowed. Cancellation of Individual Team Members: Group-based discounts for teams are based on all team members participating. Cancellation of individual team members will result in a forfeiture of the discount offered with the larger team size. Thus refunded fees of cancelled team members will be net of the difference of the higher rate commensurate with the smaller team size, in addition to the cancellation terms described above. Payment of Registration Fees: Payment in full is required prior to the event. Checks must be made payable to Delphi Group in US dollars drawn on a US bank. Credit card payment requires card number, expiration date and signature. Event Cancellation Liability: In the occurrence of a cancellation of the summit for any reason, Delphi Group's liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.
